The objective of this course is to develop the basic skills of the students who are working or planning to work in hospitality industry. In addition to the general administration/ operations in this industry, the course covers creation of skills related to food and beverage preparation, food and beverage service, front office operations and housekeeping operations. A course in hospitality management combines a broad business education with specific coursework in the hospitality and tourism fields. For students interested in the field of food and beverage, the course also aims to provide the basic knowledge in hygiene, food safety & nutrition in line with international standards.
