This course in HRM equips students to work as managers in the recruitment, payroll and benefits departments at government and private organizations. HR curriculum provides students with an understanding of how companies hire and manage personnel, adapt to economic changes and adhere to employment regulations. This course provides students with the organizational leadership skills they need to manage office personnel, recruit and hire employees, enhance staff productivity, supervise compensation, and uphold an organization’s legal or ethical standards.
